Levhone delivery information
- We deliver in South Africa within 7 days free of charge provided the order total is R1500 or more. If the order total is less than R1500 we charge an R100 delivery fee.
- Please note that we do not offer a gift-wrapping service at present.

Ltd These Website Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the ordering, sale and delivery of Goods, and the use of the Website and any entity thereof. These Terms and Conditions are binding and enforceable against every person that accesses or uses this Website or makes a purchase through the website or Instagram shop (“you”, “your” or “user”), including without limitation each user who registers as contemplated below (“registered user”). By using the Website and clicking on the “Register Now or Sign up” button on the Website, as may be applicable, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Website enables you to shop online for an extensive range of goods which may include, accessories and bags. (“Goods”).
Levhone returns and refunds policy
We hope you receive our goods in perfect condition and that you keep them for many years. But if for any reason you received incorrect, damaged or you no longer want the goods please see below guidelines on what to do
Incorrect goods received.
If you received the wrong item, please return the item by:
- Logging the return via an email with photos to info@levhone.co.za within 7 days
- Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached
- The full delivery and return cost will be on Levhone’s account.
Damaged goods
If you received a damaged or defective product, you can request a refund on the condition that:
- A return is logged via email with photos to info@levhone.co.za within 7 days
- The item is undamaged, unused
- The total delivery and return cost will be on Levhone’s account.
Unwanted Goods
You can request a refund for an unwanted product on the condition that:
- A return is logged via email to info@levhone.co.za within 7 days
- The item is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging, with stickers and seals still attached
- The delivery and return cost of unwanted goods will be deducted from the total refund amount: The fee will be R100
The Return Process
- Once the goods have been approved for return, we will notify you and arrange for our couriers to collect them from you.
- In the event you would prefer to post the goods, we will only be responsible once we are in possession of such goods, which must be sent to: (Levhone address TBC)
- All risks and costs pertaining to goods posted in this way will be the customers’.
- If goods are damaged or incorrectly delivered, you will be credited or refunded for the postage and or incurred shipping costs.
- Unless you are using our courier company, goods lost in the return delivery process will be your responsibility.
- If you are returning goods via a courier, please package them carefully so they do not become damaged in transit. Please include the returns request number and a copy of your original invoice with your return.
- All credits will only be processed once we are in possession of the products in question.
